Our store operates on a wholesale basis, with 100 pieces per bag for factory packaging. The outer box packaging is determined by the number of customers, and the factory's ordinary packaging includes a face sheet.

If the packaging has special requirements, please contact customer service. Additional charges will be applied based on the requirements. For conventional foreign trade packaging, each item is placed in an OPP bag, 50 items are packed in a small white box, and 1000 items are packed in a standard foreign trade box {an additional 2 cents per item is charged for packaging materials}

Please contact our customer service if you need to print a logo or advertising slogan. We will create a rendering based on your requirements for your reference. Guests who do not need to print can place an order directly.

Printing is charged separately based on the quantity and the requirements of the content. {The cost for one-time printing and multiple-location printing, as well as the cost for single-color and multi-color logos, are different.} For specific details, you can ask our customer service.

Due to the fact that custom-made pens cannot be resold, once an order is confirmed and the printing process has begun, we do not accept refunds. Please understand.

Regarding the samples, we need you to place an order in the background. We only charge one express fee, and we will fully refund the order after it is placed.

About the sample making, we charge a sample fee of 100 yuan for ordinary samples, which will be returned upon placing an order. For samples involving a large area, the sample fee should be inquired from the customer service, and it will also be returned upon placing an order. {The return of the sample fee still needs to reach a certain amount upon placing an order, and the specific amount should still be inquired from the customer service}
