About chromatic aberration
Because the resolution of each monitor is different and other factors, digital pictures will have some chromatic aberration more or less. We have been continuously improving the photography effect, but due to factors such as different camera and display parameters, lighting, etc., it is still difficult to avoid the color difference between the real object and the photo, so please refer to the real object color.
Return policy
1. Return or exchange is acceptable under the following circumstances
1. If the product is damaged, the goods are sent incorrectly (color, style,), missing, large stains, and serious damage, which cause sales failure, you can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please take a photo first and then contact our customer service staff for consultation. If we believe that it is indeed a quality problem, the freight incurred will be borne by our company. Our company refuses to receive the payment on arrival. Please help us pay the freight first. The fees incurred will be directly transferred to your designated Alipay account by Alipay. (Note: If you return the product directly without contacting us, we will not accept it)
2. No return or exchange is allowed under the following circumstances
1. Occasionally there are small bubbles, scratches, small flaws, and other problems that do not affect sales are not quality problems. All glasses factories cannot avoid such problems without 100% products.
2. Human-caused defects, product color difference, slow logistics, and poor service attitude of the logistics company.
3. The buyer's subjective judgment (for example, I don't like it, it is different from what I imagined, and it is different from other stores. The material does not conform to my imagination, feels bad, looks classy, etc.)
4. There are differences in color before and after delivery. Due to different batches each time, it is difficult to ensure that the color of the product is exactly the same as that of the previous batch.
5. I don't want to sell it anymore. It's not easy to sell. I can't sell it. I was caught by the urban management. I can't sell it.
