About freight
All quotes from our company do not include tax or shipping charges. Sample fabrics are sent by courier (default is SF Express, with buyer bearing the cost); bulk orders are shipped by logistics, with shipping costs collected upon delivery. For quality-related returns and exchanges, we are willing to bear the costs for returns and exchanges.
About shipping
We have stock and usually ship within 1-2 days. In case of special circumstances, please contact us by phone, and we will try our best to arrange accordingly.
About stockouts and shortages
We have a wide variety of colors for our fabrics, and our products move through quickly. (We have offline physical stores and online sales channels, and some products may not have sales records online, but that doesn't mean they're not popular in our offline physical stores.) To avoid overstock, we control the production quantity. If you have a large order, please contact us, and we will make timely production arrangements (but it takes 5-10 days for the production process). If there is a shortage or stockout of a certain product or color, we will notify you in time. Please understand and forgive us for any inconvenience caused!
