If you are looking for a specific product from a certain manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the actual product.

3Products with color options can be shipped according to the order. If there is no color option, the shipment will be random, which is based on what colors we have in our warehouse.

3Customers are required to open the packaging boxes for inspection upon receipt of the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging boxes are damaged. If there are any quality issues such as damage due to transportation problems, please obtain a proof with a fresh stamp from the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
4Refunds based on dissatisfaction or unlikeness are not accepted if there is no actual quality issue.
5Please accumulate more than five kilograms of returns for quality issues, and the return freight will be borne by our company (refusing to return through expensive logistics such as DEG, JIAJIE, etc., please contact the after-sales customer service to negotiate the return method). If the customer insists on returning, the freight is at their own expense. After all, it is not a retail mix, please understand each other!
