1. Ordering Rules:

1. The pricing is based on the actual wholesale price. Mixed orders are accepted with no quantity limit; delivery can begin as soon as an order is placed. After clicking “Confirm Order”, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee, and you will also see the specific charging standards of the shipping company. Customers who need to use logistics services should contact us to change the displayed shipping fee to a logistics fee or arrange payment at the destination. Logistics services do not deliver to your doorstep like express delivery; you must collect the goods in person. Currently, when placing an order on Alibaba, it is not possible to choose between logistics and express delivery; our system defaults to express delivery.

The products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some image designs have been edited by art designers. If you are looking for a specific product from a particular manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the details.

3. The product offers color options for selection, and we will ship based on the order. Items without color options are typically shipped randomly, which is determined by what colors are available in our warehouse.

4. Please make full use of the “Buyer Comments” section to note your special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see these notes and avoid sending the wrong items or incorrect shipping details.

II. Shipping Rules:

1. There are mainly two ways of shipping. If the quantity is not large, it is recommended to use express delivery for door-to-door delivery, which is convenient and fast. For larger quantities, logistics services are more cost-effective, but it is necessary to pick up the goods directly from the logistics company, which is generally not very convenient. The default express carriers are Yunda and Zhongtong Express; for private dedicated freight services, there are many trucks leaving Yiwu daily to various parts of the country. Truck services are available in all places with active trade with Yiwu. After delivery, the shipping company will call to notify you about picking up the goods. Even in counties or cities without direct truck services, the company will arrange intermediate transport through multiple steps. In areas with direct services, the shipping fee per item is approximately $30, while in areas requiring intermediate transport, the fee is around $20.

2. Shipping will occur approximately 1–2 days after payment, except in special cases. Due to the imperfect backend of Alibaba, the actual shipping time is based on the scanning records, not on the “click to ship” action in the backend. The logistics information will be based on the updated tracking number and phone number.

3. If there is a designated logistics provider, please include the Yiwu phone number and address in the “buyer message” section; chat records will not be used as proof.

4. For locations with direct delivery, delivery usually takes about three to five days, except for those requiring transit, which may take two to three days, under special circumstances. The actual arrival time is subject to the real situation; we have no control over logistics. If you have specific requirements for delivery time, you can specify the logistics provider.

5. The specific pickup address shall be based on the notification from the shipping company. If picking up is inconvenient, you may arrange for logistics or send a courier service.

6. We can also arrange shipping according to the customer’s preference, such as Deppon, Jiaji, Xinbang, and Tiandi Huayu. However, the shipping costs are relatively high.

III. After-sales Rules
1. Within 3 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), promptly provide feedback on product information and receipt details (for fragile items that are sensitive to pressure, whether there is any shortage, and the actual situation of receipt). Applications will not be accepted after this deadline. Any cases of fraud or false reporting will not be accepted once verified.
2. If any products with quality issues, such as functional failures, are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly; inquiries after this period will not be accepted.
3. When receiving the goods, the customer must open the boxes for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not. If any damage or quality issues occur due to transportation, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified document, and provide this document to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.
4. Returns due to dissatisfaction or dissimilarity are not accepted, as there is no actual quality issue.
5. For returns due to quality issues, please collect returns of at least five kilograms. The shipping cost for returning the items shall be borne by our company (we refuse expensive logistics services such as Deppon and Jiaji; please contact after-sales customer service to discuss the return method). If the customer insists on returning the items, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. After all, we handle mixed orders, not retail sales. Please understand each other!
