Our company is a professional supplier of adult products. At present, our main customer sources are domestic and foreign customers. Regarding domestic market customers, our company specializes in providing wholesale and one-piece distribution services for adult products for Taobao, Tmall, JD, Suning, Pinduoduo, offline physical stores, and vending machines. Regarding foreign market customers: We provide one-piece distribution and wholesale services for products for foreign market platform sellers, such as Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, Wish, Lazada, and independent stations, and also provide OEM and ODM services for foreign buyers!
1. Personal Buyer's Notes
In order to reduce the distress caused by the pattern, individual buyers are kindly requested to purchase from retail platforms. We also welcome your orders if you are keen to do so. However, as our wholesale and shipping profits are minimal, any quality issues with the products should be handled according to our post-sale rules for wholesale orders. II. About Product Testing Issues:
Most of our products are sealed in packaging, so during the shipping process, to ensure that the customer receives a brand new product, we do not open the packaging for testing. If you need to test the product before shipping, please contact customer service in advance, as we will not comment. We will directly default to not open the packaging for inspection and directly ship the product.

To meet market demand, the product's packaging needs to be replaced. We will not notify you in advance.
Product detail images may not be updated in time, which may lead to inconsistencies between the packaging of the received product and the product detail image packaging. This is not a quality issue and is not within the scope of returning or exchanging products, thank you!
【Post-sale distribution】
1. If there are any quality problems with the product, please handle it within 7 days after receipt (notify the customer service by taking photos of the product). The return and exchange shipping fees are at your own expense. If the product is indeed found to have quality problems, the shipping costs for sending it back will be borne by us. If the product is detected to have no quality problems, the shipping costs for sending it again will need to be borne by the guest.
2. Non-quality issues, the product has not been opened, please handle within 7 days after receiving the goods (for logistics transportation online can be checked, the logistics signature is the standard, non-logistics methods, to confirm by Ali, the receipt document or other agreed methods). Confirm that the product packaging is intact and does not affect secondary sales. The freight is at your own expense! We do not accept freight collect! For products with free shipping, please pay the postage (important: ensure that the packaging is intact, not opened, has never been used, used we will not accept, especially note, condoms, adult toys, underwear once sold, will not accept).
Wholesale after-sales over 500 yuan
If there are any quality issues with the product, you can return all the goods accumulated within 3 months. The return shipping fee is on your own, and the replacement shipping fee will be borne by us (ensure that the packaging is intact, the accessories are complete, and it has not been used. If it has been used, we will not accept the return).
2. For non-quality issues, please handle within 7 days after receipt. Return and exchange shipping fees are at your own expense (and packaging fees).
