A one-to-one distribution cooperation relationship, responsible for after-sales, return and exchange of postage is the buyer's responsibility.

Orders placed and paid before 5:30 PM will be shipped within the day to 48 hours. Any orders after that time will be considered the next day's orders.

Our company has a basic amount of inventory for our products, but due to the fact that we also have a considerable amount of export and domestic sales orders, there is a possibility that the quantity may not be sufficient after placing an order. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be extended to three days. We will make every effort to arrange for early shipment. If you need to place a large order, the delivery schedule and payment terms need to be determined after negotiation with our customer service.

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to ship as much as we can according to the order, and the remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

All products sent by our company are individually packaged in a separate outer box. In addition to the original packaging, we also add an extra layer of packaging to enhance the ability to withstand pressure. Despite our precautions, it is impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, dents, and squeezes.

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and verify the contents in person to ensure they are correct. If you discover any discrepancies, such as the quantity not matching, or the goods are damaged, please seal the parcel back in its original condition and refuse to accept it. Immediately contact the shop owner in person in front of the courier, and only after the owner confirms it can the parcel be returned.

Once the item is signed for, the store will not assume any responsibility. Please be advised!!! Any issues that arise after someone else signs for the item will be the same. Therefore, please ensure that the recipient personally signs for the package!

Damage: We will not assume responsibility for damage caused by transportation, but we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist the customer in resolving this issue.

Question 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection. Solution: After you sign the courier receipt, make sure to hold on to it until you have completed the inspection. Then, you can return it to the courier.

Question 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity. Solution: You can just remember the courier's phone number and name.

No returns or exchanges within 7 days with no reason!

Toys are not of high quality and may have unavoidable minor flaws such as chipping paint, surface wear, and color unevenness. Perfectionists should avoid this. These are not valid reasons for exchange or return.

Please feedback any after-sales issues with the product to our after-sales service within 7 days after receiving the goods (the time of receipt is the time standard). If there is no feedback on any after-sales issues beyond this period, we will not accept any responsibility.

Please accumulate the products with quality issues and return them using ordinary logistics. If the accumulated weight is 10kg or the value exceeds 300 yuan, the seller will bear 50% of the costs.

Please contact our customer service to register the quality issue for processing. If the product has not been registered, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Intercepted returns: In the event that the buyer's order needs to be intercepted for a return, the seller may only apply for a refund of 80% of the purchase price (if the returned goods do not meet the standards, a 20% handling fee will be charged by our site). After confirming the receipt of the goods, as long as the goods are not affected for resale, the buyer is only responsible for the shipping costs.

Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.

Product Quality: All products sent by our company will undergo multiple inspections during production, after production, and before shipment, and only fully qualified products will be shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality. For quality issues leading to functional deficiencies, we do not arrange for separate replacement parts. You will need to wait for the next shipment or bear the freight costs yourself.

Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
