Seller's Guide

1: We are honest and trustworthy sellers, adhering to the business philosophy of integrity first, and we will never deceive customers by selling inferior products. The pictures are taken from the actual products, but due to uncontrollable factors such as lighting and monitors, there may be color differences. We will do our best to minimize the color differences as much as possible.

2: Regarding the minimum order quantity, all products can be ordered according to the above minimum order quantity, with no limit on the amount!

3: Products that are generally not supported for online ordering are those that are temporarily out of stock. If you need them, feel free to contact us. We will produce them or place an order as soon as possible.

4: Regarding the style and color options, when there are no color options available for the order, we will default to sending a mixed-color batch. If there are any special requirements, friends can note down the style or color, and we will try our best to meet your needs. However, there may be some shortages, and we hope everyone can understand. We will make up for the missing items when we restock next time.

5: About shipping: Express deliveries are generally received uniformly in the afternoon, and orders placed on the same day are generally shipped within 48 hours. Logistics items may take a bit longer, as there are many orders ahead to be processed! We will arrange the shipment as soon as possible! If there is a product stockout, we will wait until the goods are complete before sending them out. For products that are out of stock in the short term, we will notify the customer to make a note and apply for a refund for the out-of-stock products. We hope everyone can understand!

6: We default to sending by STO Express. Please check if it can be delivered. Please cooperate with us. We will also check if it has arrived, but there may be errors. To ensure that everyone receives it in time, please also check it yourself.

7. Latest modification on shipping fees: Our products now have the ability to automatically generate weight, meaning each product has its own weight. The shipping fee is also automatically calculated, and there might be a slight error. Please contact customer service immediately.

8: For large quantities or bulk shipments, we support logistics, which will be much cheaper. The freight is collect. If the customer requires a specific direct logistics, they need to provide: the name of the logistics, the contact telephone number, and the exact address of the logistics point.

9: The Latest Solution for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Returns or exchanges due to reasons other than product quality will be at the buyer's expense (please note when applying not to request a refund for shipping costs).

2. We do not accept payment on delivery for returns and exchanges. If you need to pay for the shipping, please prepay. We will have a dedicated staff member refund the amount to your specified Alipay account within 24 hours after receiving the goods.

3. Please send back the products and the reason for the refund together, so that we can handle it promptly and contact you afterwards;

After you sign for the goods, if you do not apply for a return or exchange within 7 days, we will consider you to have accepted the quality and quantity of the goods. After this period, we will not assume any responsibility.

5. If the goods are damaged due to the reasons of courier or logistics, and there is a need for a return or exchange, an application must be made within three days in accordance with the "Customer Return and Exchange Process." The freight and product loss costs will be shared equally by the buyer and seller. For customers who are really concerned, it is recommended to insure the goods before shipping and inspect the goods on the spot upon arrival. If the goods are lost or damaged, the freight company will compensate. If the application is not made within the time limit, it is assumed that the goods are intact.

6. If the customer requires a specific logistics company and the resulting loss of goods, the company will not assume any responsibility.
