Shipping: All products of our company are produced based on orders. They are made upon receiving the order and are generally shipped within 72 hours after the order is placed. By default, we use standard express delivery. The logistics cost is paid upon self-collection.

Instructions for Use and Maintenance

1. The cotton and linen pillowcases and pillow inserts are individually packaged. The pillow insert is vacuum-packed. Upon receiving the product, tear open the plastic bag of the pillow insert, place it in the pillowcase, zip up, and gently pat the pillow to inflate it; do not expose it to direct sunlight, do not bleach, hang to dry, and it can be machine-washed.

2. When cleaning products, it is necessary to control the water temperature and not use corrosive liquids for cleaning.

3. Hot press printing patterns, due to the rich and varied colors, we kindly ask you to be careful with the cleaning process, and try not to use sharp implements to scrub, to avoid the loss of the pattern.
