Customization Instructions

Step 1:

The client can provide samples, images, and three-dimensional diagrams, and confirm the production quantity.

Step 2:

We have received the samples and will calculate the preliminary price. If the customer provides 3D drawings or images, we need to create a mold based on the 3D print. The specific price will depend on the size and weight of the goods. The customer will bear the cost of 3D printing, and we will be responsible for producing samples for the customer's confirmation.

Step 3:

Confirming that there are no issues, we will commence with the production of the bulk order based on the confirmed sample. Prior to production, the client is requested to pre-pay 30% of the total amount of the goods as a deposit.

Based on the quantity of products that the customer requires, we will estimate a rough production time. Our quotes are generally exempt from tax. If you need to include tax, please communicate in advance. Generally, the tax for ordinary invoices is 3%, and the tax for VAT invoices is 10%. After the bulk production is completed, we will notify you when it is ready for shipment. The customer must settle the balance payment.

All of my supplies are self-produced and available for direct purchase. I can also produce products based on customer's drawings and samples, as well as custom-made orders!

All our sizes are measured by hand, including the angles, which can vary by about 2cm. There can also be a 20% difference in weight.

The color is usually white with an antique effect, which means the effect of being worn. There will be a certain gap in the antique effect of each batch of goods, because the antique effect is manually made by hand, and it is wiped at will, so the antique effect will not be as uniform as spray painting. We hope that customers will not mistake it for a color difference.
