Return Process
1. Please confirm whether the goods you wish to return meet the corresponding return and exchange conditions.
2. Register the relevant exchange information with customer service (please be sure to contact customer service personnel to handle)
3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, and click on the return option. Select the refund reason as "Consensus with the Seller."
4. After the refund officer approves your application, return the goods to the following address. (Do not accept cash on delivery!)
5. After sending the goods, you need to re-enter the return page and click on the "Fill in Logistics Information" button, where you will need to fill in the logistics company, the logistics tracking number, and your contact telephone number.
6. After we receive your returned goods and confirm the completeness of the accessories (confirming that they are complete and do not affect resale), we will process your refund within the prescribed time frame.
Your returned goods application has been rejected, possibly because the application method does not comply with the relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund process.
Exchange Process
Due to the exchange problem, we need to confirm the stock of the goods, so please be sure to contact the customer service staff to handle it. Only when the customer service staff confirms that there is stock of the goods you need to exchange, please cooperate with us to perform the following operations:
1. Contact customer service to register the relevant exchange information (product color, quantity, exchange address, recipient, contact number, etc.).
2. Once you receive the Alipay message from the customer service staff confirming the successful exchange, please send back the exchanged goods along with the returned and exchange application form (tick the goods that need to be exchanged) as soon as possible.

3. After the goods are shipped, please contact customer service again to provide the shipping number of the returned goods, so that we can track the returned goods and process the exchange more quickly for you.
4. Once the warehouse receives the returned goods and conducts the review, we will send out the exchange goods as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on your delivery.

b) During the exchange process, please do not apply for a refund, or the exchange operation will not be able to proceed.
c) If the exchanged goods are not shipped within seven days after registration, we will consider it as a forfeiture of the exchange.
d) The return shipping fee and the shipping fee for sending the replacement product are to be borne by you.
