The gas-liquid separator features an internal bent tube design to prevent internal spraying, which helps to accumulate oil at the bottom of the separator and to install it as close to the compressor as possible.

2. U-shaped bend design ensures a low amount of refrigerant flow and oil capture.

3. Combination of protective mesh and small holes on U-shaped bend pipes to prevent foreign objects and dirt from affecting the flow control.

4. The inlet of the U-shaped bend is located behind the guide of the inlet pipe, preventing liquid from entering the compressor and causing damage.

5. Surface corrosion resistance of electrostatic spraying process, preventing the shell from rusting.
