Before Buying, Please Read

Minimum Order Quantity: All products have a minimum order quantity of one piece.

Sample Fee: We do not offer free samples to retailers, wholesalers, or distributors. Sample fees are charged at 1.5 times the wholesale price. When the order quantity for each product reaches 10 pieces, the sample fee will be refunded.

Ordering Method: Products are not mixed, not retail, and not unpacked.

Payment Method: Shipping upon receipt of payment

About prices: All prices are exclusive of tax and any other charges, and the shipping cost is to be paid upon delivery! After you place your order and make payment, we will arrange for production, warehousing, and then dispatch the goods once they are ready. We generally ship within three days of placing your order, but please consult us before placing your order for the specific timing.

◊Special emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds. Our toys are of excellent quality and affordable, offering great value! Some buyers may feel that the workmanship is rough, with imperfections, not of good material, and does not match their expectations, etc., but these do not fall under quality issues. Nothing is perfect, and if you do not understand the problem, please consult us. Our images are all taken from actual products. Note: All sizes are measured by hand, with a 1~2CM error considered normal. All products are strictly tested before leaving the factory, and the quality guarantee pass rate is over 98%. 2%-3% of the products may have unforeseen issues (such as toys being crushed in the transportation process) and are within the scope of exemption. If there is a quality problem with the product, we can negotiate for a replacement, but all transportation costs must be borne by the buyer. If the problem arises after use, our factory will not bear any responsibility. If within our factory's capabilities, we will help resolve these issues, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. The following conditions do not allow for exchanges or returns: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification of the product, or the use or storage of the product in an abnormal manner. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding.

Reminder: Please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt! When picking up the goods, please carefully check them in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened, please open and count in front of the logistics company to resolve any discrepancies. If you cannot resolve the problem, please contact us. If you find any shortage or damage after signing, we will not accept it. Please pay attention to your rights and interests. Thank you!
