1. About Express Delivery:

II. About Receiving Goods:
Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
III. Return and Exchange Policy:
1. The following conditions do not allow for a return and refund: the product packaging is incomplete, the accessories are dirty, or the related documents are incomplete; unauthorized repair or modification; use or storage in an abnormal manner; the product is labeled and is fraudulent. (Therefore, please understand the buyers).
2. We refuse to accept payment on delivery (POD) items, as POD items cost twice as much. (If the refund of the shipping fee is due to our responsibility, we will bear it, but the buyer needs to prepay the shipping fee.)
3. Special Declaration: The delivery time of the goods from our company depends on the actual situation of the courier and logistics services. Any issues caused by the courier or logistics services are the responsibility of the courier and logistics companies. We are responsible for communicating with the courier to handle the issue. We will not accept any refund or rejection claims due to these issues (if the goods are urgent, you can clearly inform the customer service, and the customer service will estimate the time roughly, so both parties will have a clear understanding to avoid delays or inconvenience).
4. Before sending back the return parcel, it is necessary to communicate with the customer service and prepare a return list. 7. Refund and Exchange Process:
1) Take a picture of the quality problem or shortage list and send it to after-sales customer service. After the customer service verifies it, negotiate the refund or return of the goods.
8. We operate on the principle of low profit and high volume. Once the goods are sold, there will be no refunds within seven days if there are no quality issues. However, we do offer exchange services, with the buyer bearing the cost of shipping. For large-volume buyers, you can first order a few samples to confirm before placing the large order.
