Purchase Notice

Sample 1.

We can send samples for customers to meet their needs. The price of the samples is based on the wholesale price online. Shipping fees can be paid by the customer or we can pay them on behalf of the customer (the freight payment must be made together with the payment for the goods, and the policy of refunding the excess or short amount is implemented). If the customer places an official order, we will return the difference in sample fees. If the samples and the packaging are intact, the customer can return the samples, and we will refund the customer's sample fee on the day we receive the goods. The shipping fees for the samples are borne by the customer themselves.

Section Two: Customization, Shipping Costs, and Invoices

If you are a customer who opens a store or customizes gifts with a brand logo, please consult customer service.

III. Transportation Method
Express shipping (Note: Samples will be sent by express shipping)Default to using Best Express, but also can send by SF Express.）
2. Logistics transportation (Note: large quantities of goods, logistics needs to be picked up, please specify if delivery is required).
Default shipping method: Annen Logistics (optional: Deppon Logistics, China Railway Logistics, Hongda Logistics, Zhongbang Logistics, Jinlian Logistics. For areas not served by Annen, our company will forward the goods on our own/if the customer specifies a logistics company, it must be stated in advance).
 

Section 4: Damage

Customers should arrange for the acceptance of the goods upon receipt, and if there are any damage, please take photos and contact customer service or by phone immediately. We will send a free replacement product. If the logistics finds damage and needs to refuse to sign and take photos, signing the receipt on your own will not be able to hold the logistics responsible, and there will be no replacement product. If the customer insists on not using a wooden crate in remote areas, the damage will be borne by the buyer.
