【Cup Specification Instructions】

1. Pre-sales Instructions:

After finalizing the logo design, both parties agreed on the pricing. After the client paid a 30% deposit, we began to create renderings, and once the renderings were confirmed, we started the printing process.

II. Customization Instructions:

The LOGO and text on the advertising cup are provided by the client in vector format. After our company typeset and produces it, we will send it back for confirmation by the client before printing can proceed.

III. Time Instructions:

For advertising cups customized by customers below 2,000 pieces, it takes approximately 3 days to print the logo.

IV. Logistics Instructions:

The price of this product does not include shipping costs. Customers nationwide can choose either payment upon delivery by courier or payment at receipt of shipment via logistics (please rest assured, payment at receipt of shipment via courier is more expensive, while the price for payment upon delivery via logistics is the same). Logistics fees and delivery time vary by location. The shipping cost will be based on the actual amount collected by the logistics company, and we will select a logistics provider with affordable and reasonable shipping rates for shipment.

5. Sample Instructions:

To avoid disrupting market order, products are supplied uniformly through bulk wholesale only, not for retail. Distributors who require samples must pay the sample fee and shipping costs. For details, please contact customer service.

If the customer receives the product and encounters quality issues, a full replacement will be provided at no cost, and the shipping fee will be shared equally!
