Customization process:
1. Inform the customer service online about the materials, size, quantity, and requirements you need to order custom-made.
2. After confirming the requirements, contact customer service for a quote and make the payment.
3. Provide printed LOGO and designs; designers can provide free design services (layout design is free, but source files are not provided).
4. After confirming everything is correct, place the order for production and wait for delivery.
6. The seller schedules the shipment, the buyer confirms receipt, and the transaction is completed.
Special Note: Once all custom products are confirmed and payment is successful, the customization agreement will be accepted. Since we cannot resell the customized items, refunds are not accepted after delivery (please contact us immediately if there are any issues with the printing quality). Thank you!
