1. About Quality
Before shipping, there will be a dedicated department to pack the boxes, and there should be no quality problems. However, it is impossible to achieve 100% accuracy. If there are indeed any defects in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that we can resolve the issue appropriately.
2. Size Issues: Each product is measured with detailed dimensions, and the measurement method varies from person to person. An error of about 1CM is considered normal. If you blame the seller for a wrongly recommended size after the fact, we apologize but we do not accept this as a reason for a return.
3. About the product return and exchange issue
1). Please communicate with customer service before returning the goods, and provide detailed information to ensure that your return can be handled promptly.
2). The defective products must be kept in their original packaging (please bring the packaging with you, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box outside)
3). If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match, we will not provide exchanges or returns.
4). For damaged goods during transportation, you must raise a claim within 24 hours after receipt and contact our after-sales customer service to register. Any delay beyond this time will be deemed as acceptance of the goods in good condition.
5). The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification, or use or storage not in accordance with normal methods.
6). After-sales service is the most basic service of our company, and we are willing to provide good after-sales service for everyone. At the same time, good after-sales service also needs the cooperation of customers. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging goods, and please follow the company's above system to handle it to avoid affecting the quality of after-sales service.
