Shipping Instructions
For our customers, sending a large shipment by courier is quite impractical. Therefore, we generally choose to ship via logistics, such as by truck express. Yiwu's truck express is quite developed, and it usually costs 10-25 yuan per box to be delivered to a first-tier city. If it's a county-level city, it will first be delivered to a first-tier city and then transferred to the county, with an additional 10-20 yuan per box for transfer fees, depending on the specific charges of each freight company. (Note: Truck express only delivers to the city where it is located and does not deliver to the door, so customers need to go to the unloading point in the city to pick up the goods themselves) (Note: For large quantities of freight, all payments are made upon arrival).
1. Payment and Shipping Issues
Customers can use Alipay for transactions. However, please confirm the receipt of the goods in a timely manner. Those who do not confirm the receipt of the goods after a long time will be listed on our blacklist. While using Alipay, we hope that buyers can complete the Alipay transaction by paying the order total through the way of shooting goods on Alibaba.
In addition, we can also use bank transfer as a payment method. For friends who transfer via bank, please contact the customer service who placed the order after the transfer to confirm the receipt and arrange the shipment for you.
After payment, the shipping time
For orders that have been placed and paid for, we generally ship the next day, but due to the large daily volume of shipments, there may be cases where an item is not fully stocked. We will ensure that the missing items are prepared within 48 hours. For orders that are out of stock or color, we will contact the customer immediately to discuss whether to change the style or find another solution. We strive to ensure that the orders are shipped on time!
