1. Measurement Method：

1.1. Before using the blood pressure monitor, it should be checked to ensure it is functioning normally. The monitor's dial should be set to '0' when it is not in use, and the pressure should be applied to ensure that the dial responds flexibly and can return to '0' after the pressure is released.
1.2. Please have the subject sit next to the table, place the left arm lightly on the table, and maintain a comfortable posture.
1.3. Adjust the arms to be at the same height as the heart, if the height is not sufficient, you can add soft pads under the arms.
1.4. Unfold the arm band, align the air bag with the brachial artery, and secure it at the upper arm, 2 to 3 centimeters above the elbow sink, not too tight or too loose. It should be able to allow two fingers to fit underneath, to ensure accuracy without affecting the correctness.
1.5. Insert the stethoscope head into the arm band and place it on the brachial artery at the elbow.
1.6. Slowly inflate the arm band with latex balls, while paying attention to the monitoring. When the brachial artery pulse disappears, increase the pressure to 2.5kPa-4kPa (20mmHg-30mmHg) and stop inflating.
1.7. After the pressure is released, slowly release the air from the cuff at a rate of 0.3kPa-0.6kPa (2mmHg-4mmHg) per second, allowing the blood pressure gauge to gradually decrease.
1.8. The pressure value indicated by the watch needle when the first pulse sound is heard through the stethoscope during the descent process is the systolic pressure.
1.9. When the pulse sound gradually increases and then turns into murmurs, the tone suddenly becomes dull and gradually disappears. When there is no sound, it is the diastolic pressure.
*When measuring blood pressure, it is generally recommended to repeat the measurement 2 to 3 times and average the readings to obtain the blood pressure value.
The back of the blood pressure monitor's case is equipped with metal hooks, which can be used to hang on a cuff for easier reading.
