Cleaning and Maintenance of Stainless Steel

Our products are in stock and shipped within 48 hours. For custom orders, the shipping time will be determined based on communication with customer service. Due to our large supply volume, it is common for items to be out of stock. If the product you purchased is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. Items that are out of stock will be refunded.

1. Regarding quality

A dedicated department will pack the items before shipment, and there should be no quality issues. However, it is impossible to ensure 100% accuracy. If any defects exist in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve the issue for you promptly.

2. Size issues: Each item has specific measurements, and measurement methods vary from person to person. A deviation of about 1C M is normal. If you later blame the seller on the wrong size recommendation, we are very sorry, but we do not accept returns based on this reason.

3. Regarding product returns and exchanges

1). Please contact customer service before returning the item and provide detailed information so that your return can be tracked and processed promptly.

2). The defective product must maintain its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box).

3). Regarding the customer’s specifications for product color or style, we will do our best to meet them, but we cannot guarantee 100%. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.

4). For goods damaged during transportation, it must be reported within 24 hours after receipt, and registered with our after-sales customer service. For the remaining period, it is assumed that the goods remain intact.

5). The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents, repairs or modifications made without authorization, or use or storage not in accordance with normal methods.
