Return and Exchange Policy:
1. 4. Before sending back the return parcel, it is necessary to communicate with the customer service and prepare a return list. 6. Refund and Exchange Process:
Please take a picture of the quality problem or the shortage list and send it to the after-sales customer service. After the customer service verifies it, we will negotiate the refund or return matters.
