Important Notes for Orders

To ensure both parties' responsibilities and obligations, this site has formulated this regulation. Please read it carefully before placing an order!

To meet the diverse needs of our customers, our store offers two options for ordering: orders starting with one box or mixed orders. For orders starting with one box, the quantity of products must match the standard quantity per box at the factory. For mixed orders, individual purchases or multiple products can be ordered together.

1. Regarding Shipping

1,Default to Fengwang Express, Yousu or Debang, etc.,It depends on the warehouse delivery schedule. No designated courier is accepted.

2. The designated logistics can be explained to the customer service.(<t_LOGISTICS>Freight payment is due at the destination)

3. The in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays; no shipping during holidays or Sundays. The actual delivery time will be determined through negotiation between the recipient and customer service.

4. If the item is out of stock, we will contact the customer, explain the reason for the shortage, and confirm whether a replacement order is needed. If we cannot reach the recipient within three days, we will ship the available items first, and any outstanding balance can be processed by contacting customer service once the items arrive.

II. Regarding Prices

1. Products for mixed packaging can be ordered at the minimum order quantity specified by the company; except where otherwise indicated for multiple units, all prices are per unit. Terms such as “mixed packaging” and “random selection” refer to per-unit pricing. All prices in this store are non-taxable; if an invoice is required, additional tax will be added. Please consult customer service.

2. If the customer needs samples for confirmation, they can request samples and place an order with customer service. Customer service will record this request (products requiring a minimum order quantity of a whole box generally do not allow sample requests). After sample confirmation, a refund of the sample fee is available if the order value reaches 5000 yuan, but this applies only to products priced below 50 yuan.

3. The product prices of our company are all ex-factory prices, and no bargaining is allowed. We hope you can understand!

III. Regarding Delivery

1. If there is any shortage, please contact us via Wangwang within 24 hours after receipt, and we will immediately verify and handle the issue for you.

2. The goods packaging may have water exposure or severe damage, and some items may be missing.Please take a photo for documentation. Decline the package and contact us for further action.; If the color box is damaged,Free replacement within 2% is available; additional costs apply for over 2%, in color boxWe will contact youWe will replenish it for you when placing your next order. Please understand if it is not sent separately.

IV. Regarding Products

1. All products are dispatched after passing the inspection. Various factors during transportation may cause loss of product functionality.Our company can only guarantee a pass rate of 97-98%, with 2-3% falling under the exemption range.

2. Images and actual products: 90% of the product images are selfies, which can accurately represent the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products.Due to market changes, the factory may adjust the color of products and outer packaging, as well as the packaging methods. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

5. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1,Products with quality issues should be sent back after a certain quantity is collected, and the shop will cover part of the shipping cost.If the customer returns the item urgently, they must bear the round-trip shipping costs.(<t_Profit on toys is too low>)

2. If a replacement order is required due to the buyer’s personal reasons, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods. The product must not affect future sales, and the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.

3. In case of exchanges due to quality issues in consignment sales, both the store and the agent shall bear one-way shipping costs, while the agent shall cover return shipping costs (since the consignment prices have already been discounted, please understand the special nature of toy products and consignment factors).

4. If the products cannot be sold within a certain period, you can contact the online customer service. They will assess the total quantity and amount of goods. You may return them at discounts ranging from 40% to 80%. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.(Products sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable)It is recommended that you take samples before deciding on bulk procurement.

Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions with us are processed upon payment: use Alipay or bank transfer.
