In response to the diverse needs of our customers, our products are divided into two categories: minimum order quantities per box and mixed batch. For minimum order quantities, the quantity of the related products must meet the standard factory shipment quantity per box. For mixed batch products, they can be purchased individually or mixed with multiple products.

1. About Shipping

1、Default YTO, YouSu, or add shipping by UPS.Please refer to the warehouse shipping arrangements.

2. Specify logistics can be explained to the customer service.（Logistics default freight collect）

3. For spot payments, we will try to dispatch the goods on the same day if the payment is made before 5:30 PM. Delivery is not available on holidays. The exact delivery time is subject to the agreement with the recipient and the customer service.

4. If there is a shortage, we will contact the customer to inform them of the shortage reason and confirm whether to exchange the goods. If we cannot contact the recipient within three days, the goods in stock will be sent first, and the missing goods can be handled by contacting the customer after the arrival of the goods.

Section Two: About the Price

1. Support mixed batch products can be ordered according to the company's minimum order quantity; the product price in the store.Except for the free shipping products, all other items do not include shipping fees (prices may be adjusted due to raw material price increases and will be notified in a timely manner).

2. If the customer needs to confirm the sample, they can apply to the customer service for sample collection and placing an order. The customer service will make a record (products that are ordered in full boxes generally do not support sample collection). If the sample is confirmed, a return order of 5000 yuan can return the sample fee.

3. We offer our products at factory prices and do not support bargaining. We hope our customers will understand!

Section Three: About Receiving Goods

1. If there is a shortage of goods, please contact us on Alibaba within 24 hours after signing, and we will help you verify and handle it immediately.

2. The goods packaging is damaged by water or severely damaged and missing.Please take a photo as evidence. Reject the express delivery. And contact us to handle it.If the color box is damaged, we will replace it for you.Please understand that we will make up for the missing item when you place your next order and we will not send it separately.

Section 4: About the Product

1. All products are shipped only after passing the inspection. During transportation, various factors may lead to the loss of product functionality. Our company can only guarantee a 97-98% pass rate, with 2-3% falling within the exemption scope.

2. Images and Products: 90% of the product images are self-taken, which can truly show the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Please note that the factory may adjust the product and packaging colors, packaging methods, etc. due to market changes. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

Article 5: About Returns and Exchanges

1. If there are quality issues with the products, please arrange to return them after accumulating a certain quantity, and the shop will bear some of the shipping costs.If the customer needs to return urgently, they will bear the round-trip shipping costs themselves.（Due to the low profit margin of toys）

2. If the buyer needs to exchange the goods due to personal reasons, please contact the exchange within 3 days after receiving the goods. The product cannot affect the second sale, and the buyer is responsible for the round-trip freight.

3. For products exchanged due to quality issues, the shipping cost for the return trip is borne by the store and the reseller, and the shipping cost for the initial shipment is borne by the reseller (the reseller price has been discounted, please understand the special nature of toy products and factors such as reselling).

4. If the product is not sold within a certain period of time, you can contact the online customer service.
