Ordering Guide

To ensure the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, this site has specially formulated this regulation. Please understand and read clearly before placing an order!

In response to the diverse needs of our customers, our products are divided into two categories: minimum order quantities per box and mixed batch. For minimum order quantities, the quantity of the related products must meet the standard factory shipment quantity per box. For mixed batch products, they can be purchased individually or mixed with multiple products.

1. About Shipping

1. Default Yunda Express and Yousu Express, the specific arrangement will be based on the warehouse shipping.

2. Specify the logistics with customer service. (Default freight to be paid)

3. For spot payments, we will try to dispatch the goods on the same day if the payment is made before 5:30 PM. Delivery is not available on holidays. The exact delivery time is subject to the agreement with the recipient and the customer service.

4. If there is a shortage, we will contact the customer to inform them of the shortage reason and confirm whether to exchange the goods. If we cannot contact the recipient within three days, the goods in stock will be sent first, and the missing goods can be handled by contacting the customer after the arrival of the goods.

Section Two: About the Price

1. Support mixed batch products can be ordered according to the company's minimum order quantity; all products in our store are priced at a uniform non-tax price. If you need to open a bill, you will need to add tax points. Please consult the customer service.

2. If the customer needs to confirm the sample, they can apply to the customer service for sample collection and placing an order. The customer service will make a record (products that are ordered in full boxes generally do not support sample collection). After the sample is confirmed, if the return order is over 5000 yuan, the sample fee can be refunded, limited to products under 50 yuan.

3. The prices of our company's products are factory prices and we do not support bargaining. We hope that you will understand this!

Section Three: About Receiving Goods

1. If there is a shortage of goods, please contact us on Alibaba within 24 hours after signing, and we will help you verify and handle it immediately.

2. If the goods packaging is wet or severely damaged and missing, please take photos as evidence. We will refuse to accept the express delivery and contact us to handle it. If the color box is damaged, we will make up for you when you place your next order. Please understand that we will not send it separately.

Section 4: About the Product

1. All products are shipped only after passing the inspection. During transportation, various factors may lead to the loss of product functionality. Our company can only guarantee a 97-98% pass rate, with 2-3% falling within the exemption scope.

2. Images and Products: 90% of the product images are self-taken, which can truly show the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Please note that the factory may adjust the product and packaging colors, packaging methods, etc. due to market changes. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

Article 5: About Returns and Exchanges

1. If there are quality issues with the products, please arrange to return them after accumulating a certain quantity, and the shop will bear some of the shipping costs. If the customer needs to return urgently, they will have to bear the round-trip shipping costs (because the profit margin on toys is too low).

2. If the buyer needs to exchange the goods due to personal reasons, please contact the exchange within 3 days after receiving the goods. The product cannot affect the second sale, and the buyer is responsible for the round-trip freight.

3. For products exchanged due to quality issues, the shipping cost for the return trip is borne by the store and the reseller, and the shipping cost for the initial shipment is borne by the reseller (the reseller price has been discounted, please understand the special nature of toy products and factors such as reselling).

4. If the product is not sold within a certain period of time, you can contact the online customer service. The comprehensive examination of the quantity and amount of goods can lead to a discount of 4-8 percent for return, with the shipping costs borne by the buyer (non-refundable for time-sensitive products). It is recommended that you sample the products before making a bulk purchase.

Due to the wholesale nature, the profit margin is low. All transactions with our company are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: use Alipay or bank transfer.
