1. About Quality

If there are indeed any defects in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that we can resolve the issue appropriately.

2. Size Issues: Each product is measured with detailed dimensions, and the measurement method varies from person to person. An error of about 1CM is considered normal. If you blame the seller for a wrongly recommended size after the fact, we apologize but we do not accept this as a reason for a return.

3. About the product return and exchange issue
