III. Shipping Instructions
1. Regarding shipping, if you choose express delivery, please contact us to confirm the carrier you prefer (Yunda, SF, etc.). After paying both the payment and shipping fees, we will ship within 72 hours. In case of any special circumstances, we will notify you in advance.
2. Regarding logistics, the shipping fees are typically paid upon delivery, and the goods must be picked up at the shipping station. The shipping information can be provided by the customer themselves (please provide the澄海 shipping contact number), or we can select the most suitable option for you! (Note: We can only estimate the freight cost for the buyer; the actual amount will depend on the pickup amount. 4. Receiving Standards
1. When picking up the goods, the buyer should carefully inspect the items in front of the logistics company personnel. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation. If an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet; contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.
2. We ship for clients and handle the shipping procedures. The freight is paid upon delivery. If any damage occurs upon pickup, it can be compensated using the freight amount. It is generally recommended not to pay in advance.
5. After-sales Service
1. We do not accept returns in principle. If there are quality issues at the time of production, we can negotiate a replacement, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned product, we will include it with the replacement when the customer places the next order. If you cannot accept shipping the replacement together with the next order, the shipping fees will be at the buyer’s expense! Please inform our旺旺 customer service before returning the item!!!
2. Due to the unique nature of toy products, which cannot be compared to home appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not come under the three-guarantee policy. If any issues arise after use, our company shall not assume any responsibility. Within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving these issues, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the agreements reached between our customer service staff and the clients.
3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents, repairs or modifications made without authorization, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and items that have exceeded the post-sale service period.

The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control; we will not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation. Shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and such delays cannot be used as reasons for return.
