Important Notes for Orders

To ensure both parties' responsibilities and obligations, this site has formulated this regulation. Please read it carefully before placing an order!

To meet the diverse needs of our customers, our store offers two options for ordering: orders starting with one box or mixed orders. For orders starting with one box, the quantity of products must match the standard quantity per box at the factory. For mixed orders, individual purchases or multiple products can be ordered together.

1. Regarding Shipping

1. Default shipping method is YuTong, YouShu, or JiaYunMei; the specific method will depend on the warehouse delivery arrangement.

2. The designated logistics provider can be informed by the customer service. (The default shipping fee is paid by the recipient)

3. For in-stock items, orders paid before 5:30 PM will be shipped on the same day. No shipping is available during holidays. The actual delivery time will be determined through negotiation between the recipient and customer service.

4. If the item is out of stock, we will contact the customer, explain the reason for the shortage, and confirm whether a replacement order is needed. If we cannot reach the recipient within three days, we will ship the available items first, and any outstanding balance can be processed by contacting customer service once the items arrive.

II. Regarding Prices

1. Products for mixed orders can be ordered at the minimum order quantity specified by the company;All product prices in this store are unified as tax-exclusive prices. If an invoice is required, additional taxes will be added; please consult the customer service.

2. If the customer needs samples for confirmation, they can request samples and place an order with customer service. Customer service will keep records (products requiring a minimum order quantity of a whole box generally do not allow sample requests). After sample confirmation, a refund of the sample fee is available if the total amount reaches 5000 yuan.

3. Low-margin sales model: The prices of our company’s products are factory prices, and bargaining is not allowed. We hope you can understand!

III. Regarding Delivery

1. If there is any shortage, please contact us via Wangwang within 24 hours after receipt, and we will immediately verify and handle the issue for you.

2. If the goods packaging is damaged by water or severely broken, or missing parts, please take photos as evidence. The package will be rejected, and we will contact you for further action. If the color box is damaged, we will compensate you when you place your next order. Please understand that no additional replacement will be sent.

IV. Regarding Products

1. All products are dispatched after passing the inspection. Various factors during transportation may cause loss of product functionality. Our company can only guarantee a qualification rate of 97–98%, and 2–3% falls outside our liability scope.

2. Images and actual products: 90% of the product images are selfies, which can accurately represent the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting quality, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. In response to market changes, the factory may adjust the color of the product and its packaging, as well as the packaging method. Please refer to the actual products.

5. Regarding Returns and Exchanges

1. Products with quality issues should be sent back after a certain quantity is accumulated, and the store will cover part of the shipping cost; if the customer needs to return them urgently, they must bear the round-trip shipping cost (due to the low profit margin of the toys).

2. If a replacement order is required due to the buyer’s personal reasons, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods. The product must not affect future sales, and the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.

3. In case of exchanges due to quality issues in consignment sales, both the store and the agent shall bear one-way shipping costs, while the agent shall cover return shipping costs (since the consignment prices have already been discounted, please understand the special nature of toy products and consignment factors).

4. If the products cannot be sold within a certain period, please contact the online customer service. They will assess the total quantity and amount of goods, and you may return them at discounts ranging from 40% to 80%. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer (for time-limited products, no returns or exchanges are allowed). It is recommended that you obtain samples before making a bulk purchase.

Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions with us are processed upon payment: use Alipay or bank transfer.
