2. Return and Exchange Notice:
(1). Quality issues (if there are obvious quality problems such as open seams, holes, or severe staining, please consult with customer service) must be signed for within 48 hours and provide photos. Verification and processing time will be within 7 days after the date of receipt of the goods (the date of receipt of the express delivery is the standard). For non-quality issues, the store does not support 7-day free returns and exchanges. If you are concerned, please be careful when shooting!!!
(2). You must communicate with customer service first, and we will not accept any returned goods without our consent!
Question 3: Are the products on the shelf in stock? What should I do if they are out of stock?
