About Receiving Goods

Please check the products in person when you sign for the delivery. If you pick up the goods at the logistics point, please inspect them carefully. If there are any damage, please contact us immediately. If you do not inspect the goods in person or if you do not report any problems with the goods within 24 hours, and need to return or exchange them, the return shipping fee will be at your expense. About shipping

We offer stock sale, and the shipping time is usually within 48 hours after payment (except for special events). If you need to send your goods by logistics, please contact our online customer service to modify the actual freight and confirm the logistics pickup points. Thank you for your cooperation!
If you have not received the goods within 15 days after shipment, or if you have any questions about the products after receiving them, please contact our online customer service in time!
Normal express delivery delivery time is as follows:
1. Customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui generally receive their goods within 2 days after shipping.
Deliveries from other regions generally take about 3 to 5 days, and once the goods arrive, the courier or logistics company will notify you to pick up your items.
3. Some customers in remote areas may receive their goods in 7 to 15 days.

About the return

Please ensure that the returned goods have not been used and do not affect our second-hand sales. If the return is due to personal reasons (not product-related), the shipping costs will be at your own expense. Additionally, if the product returned after a long journey is damaged in transit or the packaging is no longer usable, we will deduct the corresponding fees from you. We hope you can understand!
