Two, About shipping

FourthAbout Receiving Goods

• Due to the fact that bulk purchase orders are shipped by logistics companies using large trucks, there are always a few losses in normal transportation. Each transportation company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Because accidents such as transportation damage to toys often occur, we do not assume the risk of transportation.
• Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics company personnel upon receiving the goods. Five, About after-sales service

• If there are serious quality problems with individual products that affect their use, please provide images and other evidence within 48 hours of receiving the goods (beyond your own responsibility). Our company will arrange for a solution based on the actual situation. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please communicate with the customer service first and obtain confirmation from the customer service before making the choice to return. All defective goods with quality problems will bear the return freight cost by the buyer. The return of the return will be sent with the next batch of customer orders.
• All goods for return or exchange must be complete with their original packaging and accessories, with no obvious signs of damage. Otherwise, they will not be eligible for return or exchange.
