Shipping Cost Explanation
1. Regarding express delivery, if you choose to use express transportation, please contact us to confirm the express you have selected (Huitong, ZTO, YTO, SF Express, etc.). After the payment for the goods and the freight is made, we will ship the goods within 72 hours. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.
2. Regarding logistics, freight charges are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer (please provide the Changhong freight telephone) or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the buyer, and the actual freight charges are based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but the arrival time at the freight station is not guaranteed, please understand, thank you!)

★ Receiving Standards
1. When buyers pick up the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.

Sample Fee
Whether it is a retail, wholesale, or gift order customer, we treat everyone equally and do not provide free samples. If you really need one, we will sell it at a 20% higher price than the actual retail price. You can recover the sample price difference after confirming the order.

★ After-sales Service
1. We do not accept returns in principle, but in special cases: for individual defective goods or products that need to be returned, the company will deduct 20% of the product price as a fee! The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. (We have very low profit margins! We do not provide replacement or exchange services, and the manufacturer also only returns 80% of the amount for defective returns to us.) If you cannot accept this clause, please do not place an order!
2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not apply to the three-pack policy. If there are problems after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If we can solve these problems within our capabilities, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.


★Exclusion of Liability
1. All products sold by our company are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.
2. All the goods sent by our company are brand new. Before shipping, we will ensure that the product packaging is intact and tidy, and the outer box is strong. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collision, or minor deformation of the individual color box packaging. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for return.
3. Our toys are of high quality and affordable, and they are really worth the price. Some buyers have reported that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and that the materials are not of high quality, which does not meet their expectations, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. Nothing is perfect, and we understand that some buyers may be too picky. Please forgive us if you are too particular. 4. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there may be some color differences, please understand.
