We have our own factories and inventory storage. There is sufficient stock for standard items, so you can purchase them with confidence. We will also handle special custom orders promptly. With our strong production capacity, we can meet most production requirements. All printing paper products are designed with tear edges by default; if you need products without tear edges, please leave a message or contact customer service.

Shipping:

Our store offers numerous brands under the Paper Kingbao line, and the shipping costs are calculated in an irregular manner. The system displays the shipping costs only for reference; the actual amount shall be confirmed with customer service!Free shipping areas do not include Xinjiang, Tibet, and Qinghai. Please understand!

The delivery deadline for that day is 17:00 (5:00 PM), and most orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. For custom-made products, shipping takes three to five working days.

Return:

Our store offers a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy. Even after confirming receipt, we also provide a 15-day refund or exchange policy, provided it does not affect secondary sales. For cases where the color or model is selected incorrectly, please bear the return shipping costs. The fastest delivery for returns and exchanges is within 24 hours of receiving the item sent by you.
