GD350-19 Series High-Performance Crane Specialized Frequency Converter

1.The GD350-19 series crane-specific inverter is a new generation of crane-specific inverter launched by Invetec based on more than a decade of experience in the crane industry, combining advanced control theory. It features excellent control performance, rich safety protection functions, strong expansion capability, and convenience and ease of use. It can be applied to a variety of crane equipment, including port machinery, factory crane equipment, construction machinery equipment, and mining machinery equipment.

* Low-Frequency High Torque:PG vector control: 0Hz/200% (rated torque); Space voltage vector: 0.5Hz/150% (rated torque)

* Good load adaptability: For optimization of control algorithms for crane applications, the output torque can adapt to the load condition, providing good comfort both under empty and loaded conditions.

Tower Crane Rotation to Vortex Control:The control of tower crane rotation can achieve vortex elimination, support quick reverse parking, positive and reverse rapid switching, and low-speed point motion positioning.

* Conical Rotor Motor Control: Regulating the flux for cone-shaped rotor motors to achieve rapid release and braking control, simplifying the debugging process, and ensuring equipment safety.

* Dedicated holding brake logic:The braking logic control integrates torque verification, and after torque establishment, it performs the control of releasing the brakes, ensuring safety without uncontrolled rolling; the braking logic control supports the start direction and the switching of forward and reverse braking selection functions, meeting various start-up requirements and having good adaptability.

* Travel limit position protection: Integrated upper/lower limit position and upper/lower deceleration limit position functions limit the crane's operation within a specified range, ensuring safety while optimizing the stop mode and enhancing equipment efficiency.

Anti-toss function: Adopting a sensorless anti-sway control algorithm, it achieves anti-sway control for various crane equipment, with simple debugging and good adaptability.

Standard anti-vibration function effectively suppresses the swaying of goods during translation, enhancing work efficiency.

Highly efficient anti-roll function, effectively reduces the shaking of goods during translation, improves work efficiency.

* Rope Protection: Avoid safety accidents caused by high-speed hoisting under slack rope conditions, misoperations of the speed-control function, or rope failures.

* Smooth Lift-off:When operating at high speed, when the hoist is lifted with a load, the speed will automatically decrease to ensure a smooth lifting, reducing the impact of sudden load increases on the crane during the lifting start-up.

* Zero Servo:Lock the motor at zero speed, even when applying external forces in the forward/reverse direction, the motor can still maintain a zero-speed lock state. Even when the brake fails, it can drive the motor to control the full load hover or controlled low-speed lowering, ensuring safety in use.

* Light Load Acceleration:Supports constant power and step-speed limit mode, which can achieve the best running speed matching according to the load condition, shorten the crane operation cycle, and improve the operation efficiency.

* Hangar Protection:During the lifting process, if any abnormalities such as hanging on to other objects occur, immediately stop the lifting to ensure safety and improve efficiency.

* Safety Torque Off (STO/SIL2):When the motor stops, the torque output is cut off to prevent the equipment from starting unexpectedly, making it more reliable and safer; the inverter remains powered on to continue monitoring the system status, enabling a quick recovery.

* Load height measurement:Integrated coil diameter calculation function, which can output hook height information, guides the driver to reduce the operating speed to prevent the hook from colliding with the coil.

Master-Slave Control:Supports two control modes: power balance mode, ensuring uniform motor output to meet the requirements of rigid connection driving for multiple motors; speed synchronization mode, ensuring synchronous lifting of the lifting mechanism for safety; supports one master and multiple slaves, with master-slave switching for flexible application.

塔机回转控制:The inverter is equipped with specialized algorithms to achieve smooth start-up and stop, supports reverse operation and low-speed hooking, offering higher efficiency and easier operation.

Crane-specific application macro:Curing multiple application macros, users can achieve one-click parameter setting, the corresponding application macro parameters can be viewed in the user manual, supporting custom application macros.

* 3 sets of motor switching:  While the motor switch is being made, we can also achieve the switch of the application macro. This way, after the motor switch is completed and the application macro is switched, we do not need to set some functional parameters again. Even when switching between master-slave modes, the application macro can also be switched.

* Parking Location: In a closed-loop mode, the system supports control for large vehicles, small vehicles, and hoisting and positioning for parking, enabling more precise equipment operation and higher efficiency.

* One-button switch between open-loop/closed-loop:  When the encoder fails, it can be quickly switched to open-loop control mode by pressing a single button, and the application macro can be switched at the same time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment (the equipment will not respond during operation).

* Multiple manipulation modes: Supports a variety of speed setting methods, including joystick, grade-level joystick, electric potentiometer, communication, remote control, and grade-level remote control, to meet the application requirements of various crane equipment.

* Rich in expansion cards:Supports 3 expansion cards (IO expansion card, communication card, PG card), which can be applied to different solutions (up to 2 cards for solutions below 5.5KW).
