1. Wholesale Explanation

1. Our products support single item wholesale and mixed batch.

2. Mixed Lot: Minimum order quantity for each style is 5 pieces. Mixed lots allow for a rich variety without excessive stock accumulation, making it easier to turn over funds. Additionally, images of our products are not currently available.

3. For styles with more colors, if there are special color requirements, please contact the sales representative to confirm if they can meet your needs.

 

4. All product prices on our factory's website do not include taxes, and we can provide tax-inclusive invoices (with additional tax points).

Section Two: Transaction Process
1. Fill in the quantity directly on the website and place an order, and wait for the customer service to modify the shipping fee. You can make a direct payment through Alipay to ensure the transaction.

2. Please contact our customer service to obtain the order format. First, select the products you want, mark the quantity, and then send them to our customer service for confirmation. We will confirm it as soon as possible and then provide you with the confirmation form for review. After receiving the payment, our company will immediately prepare the goods according to your requirements and ship them within about 3 days after you choose the shipping method.

All product quotes do not include shipping fees and taxes (shipping fees need to be paid by the customer themselves). Five, after-sales service

Please carefully read the company's wholesale instructions, after-sales service, payment methods, and transportation instructions before shopping to facilitate better communication and collaboration between both parties.

1. The customer shall check the quantity and quality of the goods within 3 days of receiving the goods. Any problems can be promptly fed back to the after-sales customer service for processing. If there is no objection after 3 days, it will be considered as the completion of the transaction. For returns based on subjective dissatisfaction or imagined reasons, but actually without quality problems, they will not be accepted.
2. The pictures of the products attached for reference only. Due to product updates or improvements in quality, some configurations, colors, and styles may change. We apologize for any inconvenience and will not notify you in advance. All orders are subject to the actual products.
3. If you have not received the goods 7 days after making the payment, please write to us or call to inquire, to avoid any unexpected incidents. Once the customer confirms the receipt of the goods, the transaction is completed.
4. Please do not return non-company products to us, as it will cause inconvenience when we return them to you.
5. If you have any questions after receiving the goods, you can contact your customer service to provide you with better after-sales service.
