About shipping:
Kindly place an order and make payment after which we will ship the goods within 48 hours under normal circumstances. If there are a lot of orders, we will ship within 72 hours. If there are any special circumstances that prevent us from shipping, we will contact you immediately. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot control the delivery speed. During the journey to you, the goods may encounter various situations. Please understand this.
Return and Exchange:
Return Policy -- If the product itself suffers from quality issues leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires...). For other reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations that are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange. If you do need to return the product, we will offer a discount based on the time since purchase, provided the product and packaging are intact. The discount is 80% for items returned within 7 days, and 70% for items returned after 7 days. All shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
About after-sales service:
Product quality issues leading to missing functionality will be dealt with through a return or exchange process. Please report any product issues to our after-sales service within 10 days of receipt (time of signature applies), after which we will not accept any feedback on after-sales issues.
If you encounter quality issues with the products, please return a minimum of 20 kilograms using standard logistics. We will bear the shipping costs. If it is not possible to accumulate a sufficient quantity, the customer and our company will share the shipping costs for one-way return. Please ensure that the product packaging is intact upon return; otherwise, we will not accept the return.
Please contact our customer service to register the quality issue for processing. If the product has not been registered, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Product Quality:
All products are subject to multiple inspections during production, after production, and before shipment, and only those that are completely qualified are shipped.
