【Purchase Terms】
1. The minimum order quantity for our products is 500 pieces per item. We can calculate the price based on customer's drawings or samples (original samples), and when quoting, please provide detailed product parameters (such as images, materials, dimensions, quantity, reference price, and delivery date).
2. Sample Design Requirements: A fee of 200-600 yuan will be charged for the sample depending on the situation (except for special circumstances), which can be negotiated between both parties. The sample period is generally 5-7 days. If a LOGO needs to be added during the sample making process, an additional mold fee will be charged, and the sample fee will be returned when the bulk production is completed.
3. When placing an order for production, LOGO can be customized according to customer requirements. The general LOGO processes include (embroidery, printing, heat pressing mold, iron sign, adhesive sign, etc.).
4. The lead time for general minimum order quantity products is 15-18 days, and the price of the product is also determined by the quantity of the order. The delivery time is different for different quantities, and the specific details are negotiated between both parties.
5. After the goods are produced, the customer pays the balance to arrange the shipment. Payment method: 30% deposit is paid when placing the order (50% deposit for genuine leather), and the balance of 70% is paid in full when picking up the goods. The specific terms are subject to the contract signed by both parties.
