【Purchase Instructions】
1. The minimum order quantity for products is 500 pieces per item. We can calculate the price based on the customer’s design or sample (original sample). When submitting the quote, please provide detailed product specifications (such as images, materials, dimensions, quantity, reference price, delivery date, etc.).
2. Design sampling requirements: The fee for producing samples ranges from 200 to 600 yuan, depending on the situation (except in special cases). The details can be negotiated between parties. The sampling process typically takes about 5–7 days. If a logo needs to be added during sampling, a separate mold fee will be charged. The sample fee will be refunded when the products are turned into bulk orders.
3. When placing orders for production, the logo can be customized according to customer requirements. Common printing methods for logos include embroidery, printing, hot stamping, iron plates, adhesive plates, etc.
4. For general order-based products, the delivery time is 15–18 days. The price of the product also depends on the order quantity; different quantities result in different delivery times. Specific details shall be resolved through negotiation between both parties.
5. After the goods are produced, the customer pays the remaining balance and arranges shipment. Payment method: A 30% deposit is paid when placing the order (50% for genuine leather), and the remaining 70% is paid upon receipt of the goods. All details shall be in accordance with the contract agreed upon by both parties.
