 Filtering materials:

Different dust masks use different filtering materials. The filtering efficiency is related, on one hand, to the particle size and, on the other hand, to whether the particles are oil-based. Dust masks are typically classified based on filtering efficiency and whether they are suitable for filtering oily particles. Oil-free particles include dust, water-based fog, paint mist, oil-free smoke (welding smoke), and microorganisms. Although filtering materials for “non-oily particles” are common, they are not suitable for oily particles such as oil mist, cooking oil fumes, asphalt smoke, and coke oven smoke. However, filtering materials suitable for oily particles can also be used for non-oily particles.

Maintenance:1. The main mask should be cleaned with warm water and dried, and should not be exposed to sunlight;
2. Masks and gas masks should be stored in a clean, dry place with an appropriate temperature of -20°C to +45°C; the shelf life is 3 years.
3. After using the mask, clean it with warm water below 30°C or wipe it with alcohol until dry. Store it in a well-ventilated, dry environment with a temperature between 0–35°C. Do not use fire, bake, or expose to direct sunlight. Do not store it together with acids, bases, or other toxic substances.
Maintenance:
1. Replace with a new gas filter cartridge. It is available at this store. Simply unscrew the filter cartridge to prevent gas leakage, then tighten the cover after installation. Gently shake the filter cartridge by hand until you no longer hear any friction sound inside it.
2. Masks and gas filters should be stored in a clean, dry place with appropriate temperature.
3. There is no specific replacement time for the filter box; you should immediately remove it from the work area if you feel the air is not fresh based on the specific working environment.
