This product is specifically designed for work on lines of 10–220 kV. It serves as a near-voltage warning helmet to prevent workers from accidentally reaching a live pole. It is a sound-alerting auxiliary safety device. When a worker wears this helmet while climbing a pole and accidentally reaches a live pole, and the distance to the high-voltage equipment is less than the safe distance specified in DL409-91 “Safety Work Regulations for Electric Power Industry”, the near-voltage warning mechanism inside the helmet immediately emits an alarm sound saying “Live voltage danger, do not approach”, promptly alerting the worker to the presence of high-voltage electricity and preventing accidental contact with live equipment that could lead to injury or death.

※Product Introduction:
The ABS large V-shaped electrician safety helmet is a protective device designed to prevent head injury from impact objects. It consists of a helmet shell, a liner, a lower cheek strap, and a rear band. The helmet shell is hemispherical in shape, sturdy, smooth, and slightly elastic; the impact and piercing energy of the object is primarily absorbed by the shell. A certain space is maintained between the helmet shell and the liner, which can absorb and disperse instantaneous impact forces, thereby avoiding or reducing direct damage to the head. Impact energy absorption, puncture resistance, lateral rigidity, electrical insulation, and flame retardancy are the basic technical requirements for safety helmets.

1. It has good overall performance, high impact strength, chemical stability, and excellent electrical insulation properties.
2. It has good fusion properties with 372 acrylic plastic. It can be used to manufacture two-color plastic parts, and can also be coated with chromium on the surface or treated with paint.
3. Features high impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardancy, enhancement properties, and a transparent grade.
4. The fluidity is slightly lower than HIPS, but better than PMMA and PC, with good flexibility.

※Notes:
1. Before use, check whether the safety helmet has cracks, scratches, unevenness, or wear, whether the liner is intact, and whether its structure is in normal condition. If there are any obvious defects that affect its performance, dispose of the helmet promptly to avoid compromising its protective function.
2. Users shall not disassemble or add accessories to safety helmets at will, to avoid affecting their original protective performance.
3. Users cannot adjust the size of the cap lining at will, as this directly affects the protective performance of the safety helmet. Once an object falls and causes impact, the safety helmet may fall off due to poor wearing or cause direct injury to the wearer after being impacted against the top.
4. The wearer must wear the safety helmet correctly and securely during use; it should not wobble. The chin strap must be fastened tightly, and the adjustment clip should be set properly to prevent the helmet from falling off.
5. Do not drill holes in safety helmets without authorization. Do not collide with them randomly, and do not use safety helmets as stools to avoid reducing their strength.
6. Safety helmets that have been exposed to an impact once or used in testing should be discarded and cannot be used again.
7. Safety helmets should not be stored in environments contaminated with acids, alkalis, or chemical reagents, and should not be placed in high-temperature, sun-exposed, or humid areas to prevent aging and deterioration.
8. It should be noted that safety helmets must be used within their valid period. The safety helmet made of plant branches has a valid period of 2 years; plastic safety helmets have a valid period of 2.5 years; fiberglass (including vinylon) and rubber safety helmets have a valid period of 3.5 years. Safety helmets that exceed their valid period should be discarded.
