High-pressure hose joint leak prevention
In the hydraulic system, whether it is metal pipe fittings or hose fittings, there is a problem of simple leakage. For screw-on pipe fittings, most of them are due to the large external force or impact force on the pipe, causing the screw-on to loosen or the pipe end surface to deform, leading to leakage. At this moment, it should be checked whether the screw-on is out of round, whether the cutting edge is incomplete, whether the pipe end is missing, and the degree of compression of the screw-on nut, etc. At the same time, it is necessary to eliminate the external force of the pipe. For expansion-type pipe fittings, most of them are due to excessive expansion, poor quality or repeated disassembly, causing expansion deformation or cracks, etc., leading to leakage. At this moment, the front end can be cut off and re-expanded. If the seal is made by pressing the male and female cones, the leakage is mainly due to damage on the two cone surfaces. It can be ground with grinding sand on the cone surface. In some cases, the use of ""O"形圈 is used for sealing at the end face or outside diameter.
Causes of Leakage in High-Pressure Hose Fittings
