1. The profit margin of our products is very small, and we rely on sales volume. Therefore, we refuse all forms of bargaining. Related discounts will be explained on our website. Due to the large quantity of supplies, it is normal for us to experience stockouts. If the goods you purchase are out of stock, we will not notify you within three models. If there is a large amount of stockouts, we will notify you in time. All out-of-stock products will be refunded.

5. About the product return and exchange issue
1. Please communicate with customer service before returning the product, and provide detailed information to ensure that your return can be handled promptly.
2. The defective products must be kept in their original packaging (please bring the packaging with you, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box outside)
3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match, we will not provide exchanges or returns.
4. For damaged goods during transportation, you must raise a claim within 24 hours after receipt and contact our after-sales customer service to register. Any delay beyond this time will be deemed as acceptance of the goods in good condition.
