These issues are not quality problems. Nothing is perfect, and those who have strict requirements for the product should turn around and walk away. Our store does not accept reasons such as strong plastic feeling, unpleasant odor, insufficiently detailed details, rough edges, etc. for a refund, exchange, or negative feedback.
