1. About Shipping
1. After the customer places an order and makes payment, the goods will generally be arranged for shipment within 2 days. Orders placed after 16:30 daily or those paid after that time will be scheduled for the next day's shipment. If there are any special reasons that prevent timely shipment, we will contact the buyer in time to handle the situation. We appreciate your understanding and gratitude.

2. The default shipping method for our store is standard freight, with the freight cost collected upon delivery. If you need express delivery, please contact our customer service to calculate and modify the shipping note. If the goods are returned due to errors in buyer information, such as phone number or address, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Section Two: About the Price
The prices of products in the shop are factory prices, except for a few free shipping products. There are no additional fees such as shipping costs. If a company or booth needs to confirm the sample, the sample fee will be charged according to the product price, and the shipping fee will be paid by the recipient when the order is placed. If the sample fee can be returned, it will depend on the order situation. Please discuss with us when you need to take the sample.

Section Three: About Receiving Goods

1. The transportation company is responsible for transporting the products to the designated place. Please count and confirm the goods within 300 yuan upon arrival in front of the transportation company personnel, and then sign for it. For goods over 300 yuan, please count them within 24 hours after signing, and contact us in time if there are any problems.

2. If there is a shortage of goods, please leave a message to us within 24 hours after signing, and we will help you verify the situation as soon as possible. If the packaging of the goods is damaged, the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express, and contact us to handle.

3. We will try our best to strengthen the packaging of the goods to avoid damage as much as possible, but it is still difficult to avoid normal transportation losses of 2-3%. If any damage occurs, we will solve it by replenishing parts in the next order, without separately sending them back. Please understand.

Section 4: Returns and Exchanges

1. The store does not support a refund without a reason. If the buyer needs to return the goods for personal reasons, the return freight is the buyer's responsibility, and the product is refunded at 80% of the original price.

The damage caused by the return transportation of the product is considerable.

2. If the buyer needs to exchange the goods due to personal reasons, please contact us within 15 days after receipt to handle the exchange. The exchange requirement is that the product does not affect our secondary sales, and the buyer is responsible for the round-trip freight.

The shipping fee usually needs to be calculated and modified. You can contact the customer service to calculate and modify it by sending express, and contact the customer service to modify the fee to pay by sending logistics.
