1. Ordering Rules:

1. Our wholesale philosophy is always to pursue actual pricing, support mixed batch, and there is no limit to the quantity. As long as you can place an order, you can send the goods. After clicking "Confirm the order", the system will automatically calculate the courier fee, and you can see the specific charging standards of the courier company. If you need to send logistics, please contact us to change the freight to 0, and the freight of logistics is to pay, and you need to pick up yourself. Because it is currently impossible to choose whether to send logistics or courier on Ali, our system is set to default to send courier.

2. You get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and images with abstract thinking. Our products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some product images have been processed by our graphic designers. If you are looking for a specific product from a certain manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the actual product.

II. Shipping Rules:

1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which offers door-to-door service for convenience and speed. For larger quantities, we ship via logistics, but you need to pick up the goods at the logistics company, which is generally not very convenient. By default, we use STO Express for delivery. If you need other express services, please negotiate with our customer service.
2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. The logistics is determined by the updated logistics number and phone number.

Section Three: After-sales Rules
1. Within 3 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), timely feedback on product information and receipt information (fragile and susceptible to compression, whether there is a shortage, the actual receipt situation), after this period, we will not accept any complaints. If the case of false or exaggerated reports is verified, we will not accept it.
2. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), if you discover any quality issues such as functional failure in the product, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period.
3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.

4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.
5. For all quality-related returns, please accumulate a minimum of 3 kilograms of products for a return. The return shipping fee will be borne by our company (we refuse to accept expensive shipping methods). If the customer insists on returning, the shipping fee will be at their own expense. After all, we are dealing in mixed batches, not retail, so please understand each other!
