5. Shipping Method

Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. 7. After-sales Service

2. Due to the uniqueness of toys, they cannot be compared with household appliances, therefore our company does not provide a three-pack policy for our products. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.
3. If there are serious quality problems with individual products, please provide proof within 24 hours after receiving the goods (no responsibility after this time limit), and our company will arrange for the solution based on the actual situation. For example: If the problem can be solved by providing accessories, the accessories and the ordered goods will be sent out together with the next shipment; If the problem can only be solved by returning the entire product, please return the complete product, but the transportation costs for the return will be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent out together with the customer's next order.

2. Our products are 95% photographed in real life, which more truly reflects the essence of the product. If there is a slight difference due to light or photography skills, it is normal. If the buyer feels that the workmanship is somewhat rough, has flaws, is not of good quality, or is different from what they imagined, these are not quality issues. If you feel that the pictures are not clear enough, please consult us when making a purchase.
3. Due to factors such as market changes, the seller may adjust the color of the product and packaging, and the packaging method, etc. Please refer to the actual situation.
