After-sales issues:
Lego toy returns are not accepted after opening the package. A free replacement part is provided once, and if multiple replacements are needed, the shipping fee of 3 yuan will be charged.

Quality problem goods, direct return and refund.

Section Two: About Shipping
1. The default shipping courier is usually Shentong, Zhongtong, Youspeed, Anneng, and Yimidida.
2. If you need to use logistics, you can contact customer service to specify the logistics company to send goods. Generally, freight is paid upon arrival.
Section Three: About Receiving Goods
1. For bulk orders, there may be damage to the products or compression of the color boxes during the transportation process. If the damage is caused by the logistics company specified by the customer, we will not assume responsibility. If the damage is caused by our express delivery, you can contact customer service for resolution.
2. Please count the goods in front of the logistics personnel when you receive the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count in front of the logistics company to solve the compensation, we will actively cooperate; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accept the goods.
3. After signing for the goods, according to the latest regulations of Ali, the risk has been transferred to the buyer, and our company is no longer responsible for compensation. Please understand and forgive.
Section 4: After-sales Service
1. All goods for return or exchange must have complete packaging accessories and cannot have obvious damage marks. Otherwise, they will not be exchanged or returned. All goods for return or exchange should be sent back as soon as possible. If the product is discontinued and sales are stopped, it will not be exchanged or returned.
2. Except for product quality issues, other personal reasons (such as feeling the price is too high, disliking the product, or finding it inconsistent with expectations) will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
