II: Customization Process
The client provides the design drafts; our company confirms the documents are ready. The client pays the sample production fee. Our company schedules the sample production and sends it out. After the client confirms the sample is acceptable, a bulk production contract is signed. The client pays a 30% deposit. Our company begins the bulk production. Once the bulk product is approved (via photos or by sending the bulk sample for confirmation or inspection by the client), the client pays the remaining balance. Our company then arranges shipment.
3: All products are custom-made according to client requirements. We design, produce, and package them based on the specifications, quantity, quality, and packaging requirements provided by the clients.
