Teflon high-temperature resistant welding cloth, also known as Teflon high-temperature resistant paint cloth, is a new composite material product with high performance and multi-purpose. It is made by immersing high-performance glass fiber cloth in a suspension of polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as plastic king) emulsion. Due to its excellent performance in various aspects, it is widely used in aviation, papermaking, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical industry, glass, medicine, electronics, insulation, architecture (roof membrane structure base cloth), grinding wheel slicing, machinery and other fields.
Teflon high-temperature resistant welding cloth main performance characteristics:
1. It is used between low temperature -196℃ and high temperature 350℃. It has weather resistance and anti-aging properties. After actual application, for example, if it is placed continuously at high temperature of 250℃ for 200 days, not only the strength will not decrease, but the weight will also not decrease; if it is placed at high temperature of 350℃ for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by about 0.6%. In the case of ultra-low temperature of -180℃, it will not crack and maintain its original softness.
2. Non-adhesive: It is not easy to adhere to any material. It is easy to clean various oil stains, stains, or other adherent substances on its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint can be simply removed;
3. Resistant to chemical corrosion, able to withstand the corrosion of strong acids, strong bases, nitric acid, and various organic solvents.
4. Low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1), making it the best choice for self-lubrication without oil.
Translucency rate: 6～13 ％.
6. High insulation performance (low dielectric constant: 2.6, tan ≤ 0.0025), UV resistance, anti-static.
7. Good size stability (elongation coefficient less than 5‰), high strength. Good mechanical properties.
8. Drug resistance, non-toxicity. Almost all drugs can be tolerated.

1. Anti-adhesive linings, pads, covers, and conveyor belts; used in various drying machinery, such as conveyor belts, adhesive belts, sealing belts, etc., depending on the thickness.
2. Plastic welding, welding cloth for sealing; plastic sheets, films, heat sealing pressure liner belts.
3. High electrical insulation: electrical insulation belts, spacer sheets, washers, gaskets. High-frequency copper clad laminate boards.
4. Thermally resistant wrapping layer; layered substrate, insulating body wrapped.
5. Microwave pads, oven sheets, food drying.
6. Adhesive tape, transfer printing hot-plate cloth, carpet backing adhesive curing conveyor belt, rubber vulcanization conveyor belt, abrasive sheet curing release cloth, etc.
7. Pressure-sensitive tape backing.
8. Building membrane materials: canopies for various sports venues, station pavilions, umbrellas, landscape canopies, etc.
9. Corrosion-resistant coating for various petroleum and chemical industry pipelines, and environmental protection desulfurization of power plant exhaust gases.
10. Flexible compensator, friction material, and sandpaper slicer.
11. Special processing can be used to make "anti-static fabric".
Teflon high-temperature resistant welding cloth main varieties and specifications:

Remark:

1. General industrial grade: The fabric of this grade has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-stick properties, mainly used in various industrial fields.
2. Standard Grade: The material is produced using, which has excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. The surface is smoother and flatter, with good non-stick properties. It can be applied to ordinary industrial fields and has an advantage in terms of being used as a plastic mold release agent or in some product separation sheets, pads, and mold release surfaces.
