Application field: 502 adhesive is used for bonding porous and absorbent materials, such as steel, non-ferrous metals, rubber, leather, plastics, ceramics, wood, non-metallic ceramics, glass, and flexible materials such as adhesive products, leather shoes, soft and hard plastics, etc. It can be used for bonding between themselves or with each other, but for difficult-to-stick materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polytetrafluoroethylene, their surfaces need to be specially treated before bonding. It is widely used in industries such as electrical, instrumentation, machinery, electronics, optics, medicine, light industry, civil use, etc.
Usage method: 1. Clean the surface of the adhesive object before use, remove dust, oil, rust, etc. When bonding metals, it is best to grind them rough. When bonding PE, PP and other plastics, it is best to activate their surfaces.
2. Open the lid of the glue bottle, and lightly tap the tip with your fingers to ensure there is no residual liquid, then cut a hole with scissors.
3. Drop a small drop of the glue on the surface of the item to be adhered, immediately perform the adhesive process, and maintain until it hardens. However, the area of adhesion should not be too large.
4. After use, wipe the glue bottle clean and cover the lid tightly, store it in a cool and dry place or refrigerate.
Cautions: This product adheres quickly, prevent skin and clothing from sticking during operation. It has weak lachrymatory properties, and caution should be taken to prevent it from splashing into the eyes. Use in a well-ventilated area.
Cleaning Method: 1. You can use a wet hot towel on the 502 glue. After several minutes, the solidified 502 will soften, and it can be removed. Also, you can add another drop of 502 to the area where there is 502, and the solidified 502 will also soften, allowing the towel to be removed.
2. Use insulating oil. Pour some insulating oil from the transformer onto the table, and the 502 glue will soften quickly, allowing it to be quickly rubbed off.

However, inhalation of acetone is toxic, so pay attention to the correct use method. You can insert the part with the glue into a bottle. However, the key is to operate properly, and if the operation is not proper, it is impossible to achieve satisfactory results. First of all, it is necessary to determine that the clothing contaminated with 502 glue does not contain acetate fiber, and then it can be used to remove the stain. It is best to turn the clothes over to the back, and put the absorbent material under the stain.Clean towels, rags, or toilet paper, etc., use a dropper to drop acetone around the stain, gradually dissolving from the outside to the inside. You can also place a layer of cloth and gently squeeze or knock to help dissolve, and then replace the absorption material to repeat the operation until the dissolution is complete. In addition, acetone may have a negative impact on the color of some fabrics, so it is necessary to conduct a test in the corner before determining whether to use it.
5. For a small area with 502 glue, soaking in hot water for 2-3 minutes is enough. If a large area is glued with 502 glue, apply acetone, and it will take about 5-10 minutes to remove it.
6. Apply banana oil to the glue stain, and continuously stir with an old toothbrush until the glue stain becomes soft and falls off, then rinse with clean water, and repeat the brushing and washing until the stain is removed.
