About shipping

About Receiving Goods

Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed or damaged, the packaging tape is broken or damaged, or the sealing tape is missing, please report it to us immediately.

If the package shows signs of being tampered with or is incomplete, please open it in person to inspect the goods. If there is a shortage or damage, do not take the goods until you contact us at the freight station to negotiate. About Returns and Exchanges

About the issue of sub-delivery
